Structured Thinking

We enrich and accelerate group collaboration using a range of thinking techniques which frame, structure, organize, develop and test our clients’ thinking.

Example techniques we apply include; defining context, comparing and contrasting, classification, relationship mapping (part/whole), sequencing, cause and effect, and use of metaphor and analogy.
